Our collaboration begins with the repair of the first generator and gearbox for the customer. Based on the teardown report, we analyze the damage to major components, determine the repair plan, and provide specific repair costs according to the pre-agreed itemized pricing. Through a framework agreement, we establish a long-term, stable repair and replacement service for our customers.

Under the framework agreement, customers will maintain a spare generator and gearbox for their wind farms. In the event of a generator or gearbox failure, customers can promptly send the damaged component to us and replace it with the spare unit in their inventory. Meanwhile, we will arrange to ship a repaired unit from China, ensuring the equipment resumes normal operation as quickly as possible. This collaboration model not only guarantees efficient operation of the customers' wind farms but also minimizes downtime caused by equipment failures.
